Personal Training FAQ
Who Is Personal Training For?
Personal training is for anybody who has fitness, health or lifestyle goals and needs guidance. Personal training is undoubtedly the most effective way to achieve your goals in a timely manner. Perhaps you want to lose some weight, but don’t know where to start. Maybe you want to learn how to lift weights, but are intimidated of a gym environment or are scared to do movements wrong and injure yourself. Better yet, maybe you’ve been lifting for years and want to break through a strength plateau or reach that next level of leanness. In almost any circumstance imaginable, personal training is the best option for you. For the 1% of times in which it is not, we will be able to identify that during the consultation process. *I do not work with individuals with certain medical conditions or eating disorders for legal purposes
What Do You Get With Personal Training?
The benefits of in-person training are truly unlimited. After your initial consultation, I will create an easy-to-follow plan to direct your straight to your goals. This includes but is not limited to: in-person workouts with me, customized workout programming, nutritional education, 24/7 access to communication, accountability, progress tracking, lifestyle coaching, and more. YOU ARE PAYING FOR MY TIME. I will be your system of accountability throughout your journey whether that is weight-loss, muscle gain, strength building, OR WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO. We will communicate via text/email/phone call. Not only will you transform physically, but the habits you build from personal training will carry over to all aspects of your life.
Why Is Personal Training So Costly?
When you are paying for a premium personal training service, you are not just paying for someone to take you through a workout. You are paying for the years of experience that I have and the knowledge I have gained from countless hours of research and sessions with clients. I am fast tracking you to your goals to cut out all confusion about the process. The conversations that we have during your workouts and the ability to ask me for specific and applicable advice unique to your situation are invaluable. You are paying a premium to cut straight to the point and ensure you are getting the desired results.

I specialize in weight loss and strength training, but have experience with nearly every goal imaginable.
What Are My Credentials?
I have been lifting weights for nearly a decade and have achieved several accolades in the fitness industry. I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2019 through the National Academy of Sports Medicine after graduating high school. I also received my certification in Reflexive Performance Reset while studying exercise science at the University of Iowa. After a brief stint in a PTA program, I returned to studying exercise science and graduated from William Penn University with my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science in 2022. During this time, I also broke 3 Drug-Tested IPL World Records in powerlifting and prepped for multiple photo shoots. I am currently in prep for my first natural bodybuilding show.
